are a Christ centered non denominational non profit ministry to the fatherless.
Our mission is to bring solid homes back to America. We believe that we all
share a God given responsibility to take care of the fatherless as well as our
own families.
The passion that those involved in this ministry have for the fatherless children in our nation is something hard to describe with words. Our founders story is amazing. Please take the time to read it.
The Solid House Ministry is connected to many youth across this nation who are crying out for fathers. One group The Shift Ministry is now experiencing a daddies heart (spirit of adoption) move of God in a city previously known as the abortion capitol of the Midwest.
The Solid House Ministry is currently working on a youth outreach, and children's home The Eminence Project. This will be unlike any children's home this nation has ever seen.
A True Story
A young contractor friend I know recently overheard his dry-wall contractor say, “I wish I had a father like yours”. You see my friend had a Godly father who poured his life into his son, and taught him to build homes. A short while later the young man ended his life. “I wish I had a father like yours” were his last words!
Today 27 million children go to bed at night without a father to say, “I am here, and I love you”. The fatherlessness issue is a major contributor to suicide, crime, unwed pregnancies, and homelessness in America.
Our foster care systems are now in maximum overload. The average foster child will go though six homes. Many will become orphans at age 18, when they are told, “You are now on your own”. Statistical data reports that 70% of individuals in prisons spent time in the foster care system.
“Solid House Ministry” mission is to rise up sons, and daughters to become the future Fathers and Mothers. We are seeing many young lives changed, and healed; however, we are looking for many more because the need is so great. We need your help to equip the next generation to become these parents.
